Over twenty-five years of highly successful experience designing innovative and competitive digital solutions:

  • Deep and broad experience integrating and delivering all aspects of user/customer experience design, service design, product design and content strategy.
  • Wide range of projects for medium and large clients including the Financial Services, Automotive, Retail, eCommerce, CPG, Life Sciences, Consumer Electronics, Media, Government and Education verticals
  • Building, growing, inspiring and managing teams ranging from single project size up to seventy person departments and budgets ranging from thousands up to millions of dollars
  • Over fifteen years as an adjunct professor for extension, undergrad and graduate courses taught in the classroom, computer lab, online and as hybrids. Experience using Canvas and other learning management systems as well as creating MOOCs.
